 Specifies the maximum amount of time allowed between Routing  updates
 on broadcast circuits.  When the timer expires before a routing update
 occurs, a routing update is forced.  The routing  update produces a
 routing configuration message for each adjacent node.  Routing uses
 this timer to enforce a minimum delay between routing updates.  You
 can specify a number in the range 1 to 65,535. The default value
 is 180.
