Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb SET, EXECUTOR, AREA MAXIMUM HOPS number  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to an executor node whose type is AREA.  Specifies the
 maximum number of routing hops allowable from the executor to any
 other level 2 routing node.  You can specify a decimal value in the
 range 1 to 30.  The default is 30.
