 Specifies the OpenVMS image that will define the system software to be
 downline loaded to the target node.  The load assist agent can be used
 to tailor the system software to be loaded.  The LOAD ASSIST AGENT
 parameter applies to downline load operations for Local Area
 VAXclusters only.
