Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb DISCONNECT, WITH NODE node-id  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Identifies the node with which all logical links are to be
 disconnected. The node-id is either a node name or a node address.
 You can use this command verb only with the KNOWN LINKS component, not
 the LINK number component.
