Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, MODULE, X25-PROTOCOL, NETWORK net-name  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Removes all DTEs, groups, and parameters for the specified
 network from the database.  The ALL parameter is mandatory.
