Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, LOGGING, NAME prog-name  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Indicates that the NAME parameter is to be removed from the database
 for the specified component or components.  This is the name of the
 console, file or  monitor program.  The logging component must be in
 the OFF state to CLEAR the  NAME parameter.
