Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, LINE, RING PURGER ENABLE  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to FDDI lines.  Resets to its default value the RING
 PURGER ENABLE parameter in the volatile database, or removes the RING
 PURGER ENABLE parameter from the permanent database.
