CLEAR, LINE, RESTRICTED TOKEN TIMEOUT

 Applies only to FDDI lines.  Resets to its default value the
 RESTRICTED TOKEN TIMEOUT parameter in the volatile database, or
 removes the  RESTRICTED TOKEN TIMEOUT parameter from the permanent
 database.
