Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, LINE, DELAY TIMER  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to DDCMP lines.  Resets to its default the DELAY TIMER
 parameter in the volatile database, or removes the DELAY TIMER value
 from the permanent database.
