Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, LINE, DEAD TIMER  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to DDCMP lines.  Resets to its default the DEAD TIMER
 parameter in the volatile database, or removes the DEAD TIMER value
 from the permanent database.
