Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, EXECUTOR, RETRANSMIT FACTOR  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Resets to its default value the RETRANSMIT FACTOR value for the local
 node in the volatile database, or removes the RETRANSMIT FACTOR value
 from the permanent database.
