Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, EXECUTOR, DELAY_WEIGHT  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Resets to its default value the DELAY WEIGHT value for the local node
 in the volatile database, or removes the DELAY WEIGHT value from the
 permanent database.
