Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, CIRCUIT, TRANSMIT TIMER  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to DDCMP CONTROL circuits.  Resets to its default value
 the TRANSMIT TIMER value in the volatile database, or removes the
 TRANSMIT TIMER value from the permanent database.
