Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, CIRCUIT, ROUTER PRIORITY  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to broadcast circuits.  Resets to its default value the
 priority assigned to the router in the volatile database, or removes
 the ROUTER PRIORITY value from the permanent database.
