Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, CIRCUIT, RECALL TIMER  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to X.25 DLM circuits.  Resets to its default value the
 RECALL TIMER value in the volatile database, or removes the RECALL
 TIMER value from the permanent database.
