Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, CIRCUIT, MAXIMUM_TRANSMITS  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to DDCMP CONTROL circuits.  Resets to its default value
 the MAXIMUM TRANSMITS value in the volatile database, or removes the
 MAXIMUM TRANSMITS value from the permanent database.
