Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, CIRCUIT, MAXIMUM_RECALLS  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to X.25 DLM circuits.  Resets to its default value the
 limit  on the number of call retries in the volatile database, or
 removes the  MAXIMUM RECALLS value from the permanent database.
