Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, CIRCUIT, HELLO TIMER  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Does not apply to X.25 PVCs.  Resets to its default value the HELLO
 TIMER value in the volatile database, or removes the HELLO TIMER value
 from the permanent database.
