Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, CIRCUIT, DYING_THRESHOLD  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to DDCMP CONTROL circuits.  Resets to its default value the
 DYING THRESHOLD value in the volatile database, or removes the DYING
 THRESHOLD value from the permanent database.
