Library /sys$common/syshlp/ncphelp.hlb CLEAR, CIRCUIT, BABBLE TIMER  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

 Applies only to DDCMP CONTROL circuits.  Resets to its default value the
 BABBLE TIMER value in the volatile database, or removes the value BABBLE
 TIMER from the permanent database.
