    shutdown  [node node-id] event dispatcher -
                   outbound stream simple-name

    Requests an orderly shutdown of the connection to the sink
    partner. The shutdown directive attempts an orderly shutdown
    of the connection in cooperation with the sink.

    Example:

    shutdown event dispatcher outbound stream local_stream
