    Default:  0.0.0.0            Value:  IP address

    Specifies the remote IP address of the cooperating
    XOT system that implements RFC1613.  The IP
    address is specified as a numeric address in the
    form a.b.c.d.  Specify the address 127.0.0.1 for
    loopback testing.  For more information on TCP/IP
