    Modifies the an x25 access reachable address entity, which maps a
    destination network service access point (NSAP) address in an
    outgoing call to a DTE class/DTE address pair.  The modifiable
    attributes and their data types [in brackets] are:

    address extensions [boolean]
    destination [dte-address]
    dte class [simplename]
    mapping [Manual or X.121]
