    Resets the catchall, specific and global filters to the default
    value. It causes these filters to be reset to the values they
    had when the entity was created. It is equivalent to setting the
    values for these filters to their defaults.

    reset [node node-id] event dispatcher outbound stream simplename

    Example:

    reset event dispatcher outbound stream local_stream
