    Creates an X.25 relay pvc entity which provides a set of
    default values to be used to establish a connection to a
    client over a permanent virtual circuit (PVC).

    create  [node  node-id] x25 relay pvc pvc-name -
            type local-or-remote

    The Type argument is required, either local or remote.

    Example:

    create x25 relay pvc pvc-0 type local
