Library /sys$common/syshlp/nclhelp.hlb create, x25_access  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Creates the X.25 Access module on the system.  The Maximum Active
    Ports argument is optional.  It specifies the maximum number of
    ports that can be created on this system.

    create  [node node-id] x25 access [maximum active ports integer]

    subentities, refer to HELP ENTITY X25_ACCESS.
