  Syntax:  HELP help_topic_wild

  Displays information about LSE commands and topics.

  The HELP command also displays help from user-defined help libraries
  associated with an enabled grammar prefix.

  In this example, LSE retrieves all help topics and commands that
  contain the string "token":

                LSE>  HELP *token*
