  Add a Label to the Label List Box

  The label information in the text fields at the bottom of the dialog
  box will be added to the current labels.  If the label is a new
  label, the new label will be added to the Label List Box.  If the
  label already exists, the label will be modified according to the
  contents of the text fields.
