Library /sys$common/syshlp/lse$menu.hlb DECW menus add label  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  Add a Label to a Menu

  Pressing this arrow button will add the selected label to the
  selected menu.  If a particular entry has been selected, the label
  will be added before that entry.
