Library /sys$common/syshlp/lse$menu.hlb CAPITALIZE  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  Syntax:  CAPITALIZE

  Capitalizes the first letter of the current word, or all words in the
  selected range.

  If a word is in uppercase letters, this command changes all but the
  first letter to lowercase.  The cursor then moves to the first letter
  of the word following the target word or selected range.
