  ENTER COMMENT/BLOCK

  Specifies that the comment should be entered above the cursor
  (or selected text range), formatting the comment according to the
  placeholder LSE$BLOCK_COMMENT.

  You cannot specify both the /BLOCK and /LINE qualifiers.

  Command Equivalent:

          ENTER COMMENT/BLOCK
