  Syntax:  VIEW FILE file_spec

  Moves the cursor to a read-only, unmodifiable buffer containing the
  specified file.

  RELATED COMMANDS:

     GOTO BUFFER                 NEW FILE
     NEW BUFFER                  OPEN FILE
