  Syntax:  SET PLACEHOLDER DESCRIPTION description defined_placeholder
              defined_language

  Specifies text for a placeholder description.

  Specifies a single line of text to be displayed along with the
  placeholder name when the placeholder name appears in a menu during
  expansion of a menu type placeholder.
