Library /sys$common/syshlp/lse$help.hlb SET_PACKAGE_HELP_LIBRARY  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  Syntax:  SET PACKAGE HELP LIBRARY file_spec defined_package

  Specifies the HELP file (.HLB file) where you can find help text for
  routines and parameters defined for this package.

  If omitted, then no HELP file is associated with the package.
