SET_LANGUAGE_PUNCTUATION_CHARACTERS

  Syntax:  SET LANGUAGE PUNCTUATION CHARACTERS character_string
              defined_language

  Specifies the characters that are considered punctuation marks, or
  delimiters, in the language.

  When a placeholder name and its enclosing brackets are deleted, the
  preceding white space is also deleted if there are punctuation
  characters to delimit the program constructs.
