SET_BUFFER_JOURNALING

  Syntax:  SET BUFFER JOURNALING boolean

  Enables or disables buffer-change journaling for the current buffer.

  This command does not enable buffer-change journaling for system
  buffers.  By default, buffer-change journaling is active.
