LOWERCASE

*Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

  Syntax: LOWERCASE

Changes the current word or the selected range to lowercase.

If the word contains both uppercase and lowercase characters, LSE
changes all letters to lowercase. If the cursor is between words,
LSE changes the following word to lowercase. If a selected range is
active, all the words within that range are changed to lowercase.
The cursor then moves to the start of the next word after the
  selected range.
