  Syntax:  CHANGE CASE

  Changes the case of the letter(s) in the selected range and moves the
  cursor to the next character.

  If no range is selected, the current character's case is changed.

  RELATED COMMANDS:

     CAPITALIZE                  NEW SELECTION MARK
     LOWERCASE                   UPPERCASE
