  Syntax:  BOX DRAW

  Draws a box.

  This command draws a box in overstrike mode.  The diagonally opposite
  corners of the box are given by the beginning and end positions of
  the current selection.  The box is drawn using '+' for the corners,
  '|' for the sides and '-' for the top and bottom.
