Library /sys$common/syshlp/lse$clihelp.hlb PASTE, Qualifiers, /CLIPBOARD  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Instructs LSE to use the DECwindows clipboard, instead of a
    buffer, to supply the text being inserted. The /CLIPBOARD and
    /BUFFER qualifiers are mutually exclusive.
