  SEVERE:  The compiler diagnosed an internal error.

  USER ACTION:  Get a listing  and  look  where  the  error  is  being
  issued.   Try  fixing  any  faulty  syntax in this area.  If you are
  unable to prevent this error, submit an SPR.
