    type:         longword (unsigned)
    access:       write only
    mechanism:    by reference
    Address of a longword into which the persona identification
    handle is written.

    mechanism:    by reference
    Address of a longword containing the persona identification of
    the persona to be cloned. If this argument is 0, null, or absent,
    the currently active persona is cloned.
