Sys Parameters, ACP_WRITEBACK

    ACP_WRITEBACK enables writeback caching. The default value of
    ACP_WRITEBACK is 1, which enables writeback caching. To disable
    writeback caching, set ACP_WRITEBACK to 0.

    On ODS-2 disks, only PATHWORKS servers can use writeback caching.
    All other applications use writethrough caching.

    ACP_WRITEBACK is a DYNAMIC parameter.
