    OpenVMS usage:complex_number
    type:         D_floating complex, G_floating complex
    access:       read only
    mechanism:    by value

    Complex multiplier. The complex-multiplier argument contains the
    complex multiplier. For OTS$MULCD_R3, complex-multiplier is a D-
    floating complex number. For OTS$MULCG_R3, complex-multiplier is
    a G-floating complex number.
