    The Complex Square Root routine returns the complex square root
    of a complex number (r,i).

    Format

      MTH$CDSQRT  complex-square-root ,complex-number

      MTH$CGSQRT  complex-square-root ,complex-number

      Each of the above formats accepts one of the floating-point
      complex types as input.
