 Message        The pragma "<pragma name>" is not available on this
                platform.

 Description    The compiler has encountered a pragma that is not
                currently supported on this platform.  The compiler
                will ignore the pragma.

 User Action    Compile the program on a platform that does support
                the pragma.  Otherwise, understand that this pragma
                will have no effect.
