 Message        Multiple linkage pragmas specified for "<routine
                name>".

 Description    The same routine appeared in more than one #pragma
                use_linkage directive.  Each routine can only be
                given one linkage.

 User Action    Remove the routine from all but one #pragma
                use_linkage directive.
