       /BINARY[=file-spec]
       /NOBINARY

    Controls whether the binary error log records are converted to
    ASCII text or copied to the specified output file.

    Do not use /BINARY with the /FULL, /BRIEF, /OUTPUT, or /REGISTER_
    DUMP qualifiers. These qualifiers generate an ASCII report;
    /BINARY generates a binary file.
