  EDT Line

Moves the cursor a line at a time in the current direction---always going
to the start of a line.

  Steps:

     1. To set the direction, use FORWARD (KP4) or REVERSE (KP5).

     2. Press the EDT Line key (KP0).

  Usage notes:

o In forward direction, moves to the start of the next line, if any.

o In reverse direction, moves to the start of the current line or, if
already there, to the start of the previous line, if any.

o For continuous movement, you can hold down or repeat KP0 until you
reach the bottom or top of the buffer.
