 Format: SET PARAGRAPH [NO]WPS

 The SET PARAGRAPH (abbreviated SE PARA) command specifies a paragraph as
 the text between two delimiters and including any adjacent delimiters
 (WPS), or the text between two delimiters (NOWPS).
